Maya To max

hi everyone
i wanted to ask you that how can i export car's 3d cage from maya to max !!!
i tried many export file formats but was failed.
plz help

I use OBJ then import it in max.

obj format doesnt exports splines,i tried but cant see anything in 3ds max
