thanks all! its nice to see comments and thoughts from everyone!
Helicase: I am well aware of the design process as a whole. It doesn't mean you have to do it like everybody else says. Like I said before, what I showed in this thread is not everything I do. I have tried several rims, I have totally changed the proportions of the car. It had a shorter bonnet before and I didn't think It was true to my idea. Isn't it beautiful to be able to design whatever you want?
And besides no car pleases every human being. I love comments both negative and positive as they contribute to a discussion. A bland car creates no response at all
Just saying, you did 1 iteration of everything except the back. And the back turned out the best because of that. You took in the comments for the back and it is very positive, but now you are getting feedback from other people about the rims an it being too long, and you don't like that... It is challenging, but that is 1/2 the fun It isn't just me though, read the comments. I have made that mistake time and time again, not taking proper feedback that is why i am making such a big deal about it
I know very well the process of designing things. And I also know that I have several things in life that I want to realize. I am happy with the design and re-iterating on things will only make it worse imo.

I agree and disagree. It depends if your next iteration is better then the last. If you take the feedback, and really put as much effort in as the first time, it will turn out better. Problem is if you burn out from the first model, and don't have it in you to keep doing these iterations, i totally can relate with that, because I do the same thing!
The amount of effort to re-do it you can just draw a whole new project, and that is what people do. But, what i am finding out is the next project you will run into the same problems, and you won't grow like if you just re-did it.
Like, I just drew this Chevy SIlverado, and it is not 100% accurate, i got feedback in how to fix it. I know if I did everything they suggested it would be better, but I don't have it in me to do another one. I am just saying, later you should reconsider to re-do this with those design changes.
I enjoy talking about this stuff. If we both keep an open mind we can both learn and grow
I totally understand what you are saying. I Just want you to know that I do read all feedback and also think about it alot. This thread doesn't show much about my design process unfortunately. And If I have an idea that I want to put down on paper or computer screen, why would I change that just because of somebody elses opinion? If I think it makes the design look better sure. The rims for example. I wanted them to be wood a long way into the design process. I changed it because it felt wrong.
Some people don't like the length, although the length is a big part of the whole design. Change that and the car becomes something else. Sometimes you need to be daring as well. Not just chicken out and change everythng because of some opinion.
Don't get me wrong I post my work here to get critique. Every single comment, good or bad is contributing to my design!
I usually don't go back to my models and rework them, because It is much more fun to try and make the next one even better, with a new fresh idea.
I am not striving to create the perfect model or perfect render either. For me, I take in to account the time it takes to make things compared to the end result.
I achieved my personal goals with the bentley concept. Tweaking vertices further or changing the design will not make me more satisfied, so why do it? This project is done, on to the next one
Maybe you should ignore the stuff I said, I apparently don't know much lol if you are getting it on all these sites you must have done something right. Congrats!
