Hello again!
I have one more concept in my head that I just need to get out there.
This one is a bit unusual I guess. It is not a sports car but a big luxury vehicle!
The idea for this project spawned in my head while I was looking for reference photos of birds for my friends character. All the cool pictures of birds made me think of emblems on luxury cars. So one thought led to another and there I was with this concept in my head.
While sketching and looking for inspiration I fell for Bentley as a brand. They have very good design. Simple, beautiful, luxurious and fast at the same time. I was considering Roll royce but they are just so boring...
Anyway as usual I find it very interesting to try and adapt my concepts to different brands. This gives me a set of rules that I have to follow and I really like to work that way. Making things look authentic and plausable.
Another big inspiration for this concept are luxury boats made of wood. A small twist in this concept will be some birch wood on the exterior. I think this can give the concept some nice touches of scandinavian design
I am trying out a new method which is basically sketching in 3d with splines. I made a quick profile blueprint and then worked away with splines today. Quick progress using this method! I will then trace this with polys.

Briex: Yeah well I have a history of lazy years I have great inspiration and energy right now so I need to take care of that Today I will focus on getting the overall car done in splines so that I can start modelling.
