    Who said 8bit png?
    They stated on FAQ

    Q: What are the technical requirements for Final Submissions?
    Dimensions: 1920 x 1280 pixels (16:10)
    File type / extension: High Quality PNG 24
    No Watermarks / No Copyright Text, we will add the copyright text with your name.

    The default output from photoshop is png 32

    I ment 8 bits per channel, 3 channels (RGB) = 24 bits Click here to enlarge 32 bits is RGB+alfa. my final image is 3.5 mb, i hope this is ok, but quality is much wors than 16bit....

    Iam not sure if it is accurate, but its better than nothing.

    Yes, there where is the grass in wireframe mode that grass looks like a snow, same on leafs Click here to enlarge I used V-Ray edge material map combined with v-ray light material to do that. I used is for my tire wire, it works perfect on lover resolution scenes where wire isn't so condensed Click here to enlarge

    Just a screen grab from the 3d prog would suffice
