I donīt know much about fbx files, but is there the possibility to place in the correct position automatically?

i use c4d, and in my case when i imported the .fbx there was no normals on the mesh
i exported the mayafile from maya as collada (dae fbx) and this works pretty good for cinema and comes with normals.
maybe i can send you the already exported dae from maya, i think this works better also with modo

nope!
That sounds good pix.amant! Iīve tried also a collade import via modo but it doesnīt work so far.

did u try a simple obj? that should work without problems as is the most common and basic 3d file type
