Is this a good computer for 3d design?

Hi guys Click here to enlarge
I have been trying to get myself a computer and i found somebody that will trade me his desktop for my PS3 which i think is awesome but i dont know if it will run fast. Hes getting a new laptop so he said i can trade him. The last computer i had lagged alot when i was opening a 19mb 3d file. Do you think this computer will have the same problem or will it be good for the job.

    thanks guys

this is insufficient information -- lot of computer lags for variation reason such as bad hard drive, system errors, registery errors. I am afraid I cannot answer your question maybe someone else will.

Well..regardless what specs are... its no guaranteed that the trader computer is good due to his/her history on computer usage such as virus, Trojan worm, missing system file, registry errors. and etc. If one of these exist, it will affect the performance of system and could be trouble for program or file to run on.

Yet, if the system is good.. yes 19mb 3d file will run fine.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot guys Click here to enlarge
The Ram is 6GB i dont know about the graphics
is the graphics card the same thing as a video card? i thought they were the same thing but anyways if i do get it i wll not keep it stock
as it does not support many games
i looked online and it looks like the EVGA NVIDIA 240 GT 1 GB DDR5 video card is the only one that does not require for me to change the
power supply so i will be going with that one

    Thanks for your help guys
    Have a nice day

6 GB's of RAM is more than enough Click here to enlarge. 240 GT should be a descent card for gaming and 3d modeling.
