@pan3sar: That is v-ray but i know how to make it in mental ray too as long as i learned different tips and tricks along the time. You can see an example of interior i did with mental ray here(the second image): http://istratebogdan.carbonmade.com/projects/3014081 It's WIP still but you can imagine the final result
First image(with gtr) it's also mental ray. Mental ray is and will still be my beloved render engine
