Is there an indepth tutorial that I can either buy or download that you guys know of? Or perhaps if theres a different program that I can use to advance my skills in rendering?

Do you guys have a really top notch graphics card in your systems to enable you guys to render better quality pictures or is it more about the type of monitor that is owned?
