Regarding the R8 on page 66. Beeing german, the description says they replaced the sky and did mograph etc. Doesnt mention the car as beeing 3D.

1. CAD, Softparts remodelled, HIGH :P
2. Depends a lot on the delievered Quality (ranging from polytrash over raw CAD to quite okay prepped stuff)
3. Here it's VRay and rendertime is incredibly different depending on the type of shot and size (from web thumb to 20kx20k print heh)
4. Also highly dependent on the type of project. Stills allow a lot more post to happen than moving imagery for example.
It's pretty tough to give generic answers to these kinda questions.
most of those arent CG most of those are photographs of cars, but either way they are badass!
What u mean most are photos? First Porsch is CG, second Merc G is CG, Toyota is CG, the suv and the small one, , merc S class is cg, Lamb is CG, blue opel is.. so are many others. Some are photos but it s obvious which, somre are strong retoushed or it's difficult to make a difference if it 's cg or not - could be real could be partly cg.
