    post production

i have a question about post production and don't know where to post it.

Basically i want to know how to do motion blur around a corner using photoshop. This occurs in reality when shooting from a chase car.

I read some something on another forum about twisting the bend straight motion blurring then twisting back but this sounds a bit amateur. How do the pros do it?

    cheers

There is a software that can do this, but I don't know if the pro's use it:

There should be other ways to achieve this. Ideas, anyone?

VirtualRig is a nice application! I made it by handcraft with photoshop, its a bit tricky but its possible. You have to cut a lot and need correct layer and radial+motion-blurr settings, etc...It need some basic skills and time, no more Click here to enlarge

There is various possibilities. A Rather common one would be matching the
camera, creating rough geometry for the BG. Animating the camera and then
either render it with moBlur and the bg cameramapped to the rough geo or
render a vector pass and use it with your favourite vectorBlur plugin/node.
