    Mercedes Benz e-class Coupe 2010

    Hi all Click here to enlarge

    We are back!!! :buttrock:doing this really nice car...

    Ok i will introduce you... Click here to enlarge we started this group to try to do this car the best as we can... we aren't the best modelers or renderer or whatever but we wanted to do it just to have fun. it was a bit difficult to reclut people to the group but at least we are progressing. And really having fun with this because we are all in the same age, and modelling level, so one helps to each other.
    The Group:

    -DocheV----> Basic modelling
    -daantjuh44----> Detailed Objects
    -nfsc (he was in too)---->Render Farm Click here to enlarge (just joking Click here to enlarge, but maybe could a good idea Click here to enlarge)
    -Qualt (me Click here to enlarge )----> Interior

    Ok and now the pictures of the car.... we really would like to see your comments about it, it will give us lots of motivation.... because if we compare it with the project of lookdown.... i think that you will notice the little diferences Click here to enlarge

    P.S.: if some one wants to enter will be welcomed Click here to enlarge, just be on contact with us and remeber that this is just to have fun Click here to enlarge.

    Regards, saludos, gegroet, поздравления ( i think that i wrote it ok Click here to enlarge)
    From all of us.

    looks decent. the reflections need more subtlety. also, the inner door handle seems mis-shapen. finally (i saw this from you on msn), be careful about stitches floating above the seats.

    regards,
    rodder

    thanks for your comments Click here to enlarge
    @STALKER: i said you something on msn Click here to enlarge

    this is what rodderworld was talking about... the stiches were modeled and they aren't so fixed.... they are really heavy are about 400.000 polies, and the seat is just 16.000 polies without them, they will just be used for interior pictures.
    the image that you will see is a bit strange because looks like it don't have some sitches but they are there.. just that in the render didn't appeared.

    P.S.: @docheV: i think that you have to post the wires and the clays, because i think that we have to post our progress separatly. it will be easier.. but we will talk it more on msn Click here to enlarge .

    Regards, saludos

    i dunno if the script can fix this problem. a quick fix might be to make the stitches longer so they intersect. however, it would serve you well to sort out the alignment. also, the area of the seat/headrest looks strange. i'll try to catch you on msn during the week

    regards,
    rodder

    Can you post some ref pics? I've found a photo of '09 E-Class interior. Seats are different. Click me
    I think it can be because of year ('09 / '10), but I'm not sure Click here to enlarge
