    Rhino Manual fillet

    Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to fillet the surface manually, without using fillet command,,, ? I shown the existing surface layout, and the desired filleted edge below. I have also enclosed the rhino file, and Iges for AST users..

    For Rhino:
To manually fillet, You can try Pipe edges at even radius... Spilt, delete unwanted surface or Trim them then blending... But this would not make a good surface continuity. I'd use it as last option.

    Duplicate the triangle edge.
Fillet the corners of the curves/ or split and blend the corners.
Extrude the rounded triangle curve to create your inner surface.
Pipe, split, and blend the rounded triangle edges/curve with the top surface.
