what render engine are you using to do the car paint material?

to have a reference in your viewports press Alt+B and select your background. After that, asign the same background to the enviroment for the render...

for the composition, make a plane and asign to it a matte/shadow material (this is the floor), where you will see only the shadows in the render.

About the lighting, look the orientation of the shadows in your picture... and position the light ( i used a Vray light )

if you did all, you should have something like this (very simple Scene):

If you are using Mental Ray, then you should look at the mr Production Shaders which make compositing very easy to quickly setup. They are available in Max 2008 (but they need un-hidden), standard in Max 2009.

I used my full res HDRI image (the one your image was taken from) and very quickly setup a scene using mr Matte/Shadow/Reflection.

Looks nice, though you need to work on the wind shield's reflection. Is the background a hdri file?

Also, please speak in English, I know its tempting to speak to another person from your country in Hindi, but you need to follow rules here.
