    Big problem

    Hi everybody!

    I have a pb with my Vray (1.5RC5) when I make a specific render with Vray. It shutdown 3dsmax! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: :banghead:

    it shutdown max after the render or before or when rendering? it can be becaues of not enough memory IMO

    During it is bulding the light cache and when i haven't the rims of my cars no there is this problem!!!

    It's not a problem of memory because i have 4Go Ram

    Your description looks like you have a "not enough memory" problem. Sorry for my bad English... Try to set /3GB option into the Windows boot.ini file (it will works if you use Windows XP 32bit. I don't know about 64bit OS). I think you must to read a thread with similar problem:

    Thx, So I retried without brake system and the render is perfectClick here to enlarge
    No Problems
    However to night i'm going to change the settings of my materials
    It's maybe the car paint ! ! !

    I don't think car paint can cause crash of Max... Post some pics with error messages from Max if you have any.

    Theres a bug. Sometime it works sometimes not! does not have to do with memory issues. Go buy it.....
