A weird thing though, when i import it into Max 8 some of the faces are missing in the viewport. When you say file is corrupt what do you mean? -- The downloaded file or the max file in the .rar? About SeSim valid question with max 2008 convertion, I'll make a .fbx file and check if I can open it inside max 8 (wich I use).
