    The wires looks very simply, clean and well made, but the render test has many smoothed edges very rounded...

    yes its because for the renders kossi aplies subdivision to the mesh but the mesh ist not fixed @ the edges and korners. thats why it gets so smooth.
    the wires i show are rough mesh without smooth and the normals are set to hard edges. i like to model like that because than i can see better if iīve got placed some vertices wrong.
