it's a test so the quality isn't something i'll crit (i think you know what needs to be done). just a thought or two. first, the transition between the ground and the back wall could be smoother. i know you smoothed it but i think the render would look classier if the transition was really smooth and subtle. it's nitpicky but to me it would really up the quality. second, part of your results or lack thereof is that the paint doesn't seem to be doing much. results are a mix of paint lighting and environment so play around a bit more. keep it up, you're well in the right direction.
Hint: VRay Light size based on Intensity... Which mean, if they are too small the intensity is too low. Obvious, I can see that from your car paint reflection. Maybe I'm wrong. But its appears to be that your VRay Light is really squared. If you could stretch it and make it like rectangle, test render and see if the intensity suits you best, if not increase it as much as possible.
Not only that, but the ground seem doesn't reflect/retract much... If you have VRaylight overhead, you'd need to increase your intensity and uncheck specular leave diffuse only so that it can give illumination on ground giving some "color bounce" to rest of your car (Bottom mostly). You can add another VRayLight overhead and set as specular only so it can reflect off on any glossy paints.

thanks rodderworld ...
i don't know what was wrong with that (transition) because that surface was smoothed i mean it was just (edited/renderalbe) spine with bezier curve & it looks smooth in viewports
"... results are a mix of paint lighting and environment so play around a bit more ..." i didn't do anything in scene except studio reflections ... this car paint was DOWNLOADED (http://www.vray-materials.de/) & just applyed 2 car body ... i even don't look @ values/settings but that's obvious, LOOK @ paint grain/flakes ... they r huge, i just wanted find good material that reflect my studio light ... that's all & of course im gonna improve that later

Hope that is informative for you
thanks equinox ...
1) almost all my vray lights have rectangle shape ... i play with settings: intensity / size of light & now i know how that's work (more or less) but thanks 4 that piont
2) that's a fact ... my ground doesn't reflect much ... honestly i don't think about that i'll try that right away
3) "... If you have vraylight overhead, you'd need to increase your intensity and uncheck specular leave diffuse only so that it can give illumination on ground giving some "color bounce" to rest of your car (bottom mostly) ..." OK i will try that
i have to say - i learnt a lot from legolaz's set up and learnt a lot and adapted a bit. Its improved the render extremely as shown below using almost exactly the same material. Just a quick question. Does turning indirect illumination off mean that you dont get reflected light but only the light from the light planes?
after 2 days of "playing" with my studio lighting & vray renderer i have something like this ... that's what i wanted ... almost ... i mean the lighting is OK 4 me (finally i have some soft light reflections on car ) but i need 2 adjust some lights settings 2 get stronger reflections on some parts of car body ... rest is just vray ... 1) sampling (i still have problems with this ) 2) i need 2 work little bit on paint it's not so bad, but it could be better 3) whole rest all materials - chrome, leather, rubber, glass, etc. ...
& last thing ... anybody knows ... is vray faster than mental ?
You did a render of the side view.
But if you want to render the front view or anything else.
Do you change all the setup of your lights ?
I guess, reflections are depending of where is the camera, right?
