@ Ravens : hehe Click here to enlarge

    @Equinox: thx

@steven4651: see ravens response.... Click here to enlarge

@andrew: will check it right now!

@CAClark: no, depend on the moment i make the render.. many of the time i make some grey render to check the model.

@mechatronz: i use the spline to make the polys., i patch the spline. and after i tweak it when needed to have the right curve.
and when i start from a box for some parts, i use the spline cage to be sure to have the right curve. but for 90%, i patch them.
its an old technic, but who always works. Click here to enlarge

Coming along nicely. Smaller pictures or thumbnail ones will do better. Scrolling up down left right in the forum is quite a hassle. Click here to enlarge

    it looks good until now

    ok for the attachment.
i wil never redo it, i promise!! Click here to enlarge Click here to enlarge

@Cris: for the low subdiv of the hood, i keep it like that because i dont have "bump". its easier to tweak too.
but for now that works ok on rendering.
i dont know if its better to have a clean and good wire, or if a renderable model is better...

    C&C welcomes

Good progress! Very clean! But it seems that this line for the intake is longer, and imo it has to be parallel to the window-line. Click here to enlarge http://www.desktopmachine.com/framep...8092&size=1600

Nice reflections! White plane? Click here to enlarge But i think the door handle have to be a bit more rounded and the back-line from the windows have to be more directly. Just look at the attachmend. Click here to enlarge AND FOR REFERECE LOOK AT THE REF PIC I POSTED AGO:

http://www.desktopmachine.com/framep...8092&size=1600 the lateral aeration is in carbon fiber but in your model it just a paint
(si je ne me fait pas trés bien comprendre : la prise d'air latérale est en fibre de carbone (d'apré un article de journal l'or de la comercialisation de celle-ci) alors que sur ton model c'est juste une peinture)

The side plane can be either carbon sigma or oxygen silver metalic or a normal colour that is matched to the paint selection, they are all options. The carbon one, well... it's expensive!!!
