better, but still pretty dense mesh.
and you also have some bumps n kinks here and there, thatŽll be a lot easier to fix if you delete some more edges.
and i strongly recomend that you even out your edges on top and on the windshield. try to make them equidistant.
He used curves probably to distribute the polys evenly. Or not, LOL !
Well, i use approx the same refinement...But i model from curves.
For box modelling, yes....It would be too dense.
OK...Excellent.....If u are using that technique, then i have to agree with 211.
You are using too dense a mesh.....Make it simpler ! You will get better results.
I use a different technique, so, for my technique (surfaces from curves), your mesh density would be perfect. But for what you are using, as 211 said, you should make your mesh simpler.
well the hood looks very good!
except the occasional n gon here and there.
i wasnŽt so sure of your skills, berkulis and therefor i advised you to keep the mesh simple at first...but since your skills turned out to be quite good i think youŽll be fine with your mesh. though i would have tackled the roof and windshield in a different way, but thatŽs my personal preferene for a way to model.
looking forward to see this one evolve.
btw, can you show some closeups of your corners and your seams for the other participants, i bet they would appreciate that.
