I voted Flam00, not because the tuning is sooo absolutely great (it's very nice) but I love the car he tuned and how he did it.

My vote goes to Maksy. He has clearly done the greatest work here. Honda is very detailed, has some minor irregulations, but nevertheless, obviously the best piece of work here.
