you're right, these 14 days is for voting session, missed that, my mistake

but before this change there was a mess with the submisson date, that is for sure

even if they rescheduled the deadline they didn't change the web counter corectlly (counting backwards from the 4th of December) and they didn't inform all the participants (me for example)

however good to know it's all OK

and now we wait
