| Welcome to the CGCars Corporate Identity Challenge, sponsored by EVGA, Moment of Inspiration, and Razer! It's been a while since our last official contest, so we knew our members would be expecting something special, and we didn't disappoint. This years' challenge introduces one of the hottest prize packages of any community contest to date, including EVGA, MOI, and Razer, and an even hotter theme and content with the fire-breathing 2008 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Coupe. The theme, CGCars, will challenge participants to create a unique scene and branding in which to capture our contest vehicle. Participants will be provided with a complete 3D model, minus wheels and tires, so you will need to model these items and add the CGCars branding to either the vehicle, or somewhere in the scene. You then need to submit one closeup and one wide shot of the scene, with the CGCars branding in plain sight and easily recognized. Sounds simple enough, huh? If you've got what it takes to blow our minds, you might just take home one of the most powerful graphics cards on planet Earth, a lifetime seat to MOI's industry-storming NURBS modeler, or a mouse from the company that busted the maze. | Frequently Asked Questions Q: What are the technical requirements for Final Submissions? Dimensions: 1920 x 1280 pixels (16:10) File type / extension: High Quality PNG 24 No Watermarks / No Copyright Text, we will add the copyright text with your name. Q: What do I have to submit? You have to submit (1) Wide Shot and (1) Close Up Shot of your choice. The CG Cars logo must be seen in each shot. Where, is your choice (rim logo, tire wall, etc.). Q: Is it essential to post my progress? Yes, you have to post your progress in your personal WIP thread in our Contest Forum. Please only use our attachment system, not any 3rd party image host. You will get the link for your thread after your registration via PM. Q: Where can i download the Contest Files (Viper model and CG Cars Logo)? After your registration you will get the download link via PM. The file includes a Maya File, a FBX File and a high resolution Logo in PNG 24 format. Q: May I share the files with other users which don't participate in the Contest? No. Of course not. Q: Can CG Cars use your final work for marketing? Yes, but with your full credit.
